Slimming World update: 19/4/15

My week on Slimming World

1. A very naughty (but very tasty!) Leggera Padana from Pizza Express (21 syns). 2. Slow-cooker Sloppy Joes. 3. Steak with mash, kale and mushrooms. 4. Salmon with savoury rice and salad.

This week on plan

I was mostly good this week, although we did have pizza twice – Pizza Express on Sunday and Domino’s on Friday.

Otherwise, dinners have all been on-plan. It’s my middle-of-the-day eating that gets problematic – something I need to get under control.

I also haven’t been eating enough speed foods.

My favourite thing I ate this week

The slow-cooker Sloppy Joes, which I wrote about in a blog post, is always a favourite, but we had steaks and mash for dinner on Thursday night and they were absolutely delicious.

Weigh-in

I won’t be weighing in next week, as we a wedding to go to on Saturday, but over the course of two weeks, I want to lose three pounds.

    I was only 0.5lb down this week and was beyond gutted. I don’t eat enough speed foods either.
